COVID Policies We have issued temporary COVID policies and procedures and are operating under the suggested safe start policies. You can see all our policies at http://www.explorationbustours.com/. Please review them as any travel at this time comes with assumed risks that you are accepting when booking a tour. Tours 3 nights or less canceled, after final payment and up to 24 hours before departure for medical reasons, will receive a future account credit as we have incurred costs to operate the tour. During COVID we will continue assigned seating that remains yours for the tour.
You should consider purchasing optional insurance for tours over 3 nights or longer. Cost for day tours starts as low as $15. There is a link on our website to purchase. If you do not have internet services call us for assistance.
MAKING A BOOKING During COVID restriction our staff is working remotely and job sharing. To help keep costs down you can book and pay 24 hours a day at http://www.explorationbustours.com/ and click the TRIPS tab at the top. If you call 360-262-4243 or 1-844-878-4868. Be prepared to LEAVE A MESSAGE and give your name, address, the number of people attending along with the name and date of the tour. It can be up to 3 business days before you receive a confirmation by email, since we are often on tour with a group. Our staff will then reach out for payment.
TOURS INCLUDE Pick-up at select locations, Deluxe motor coach with restroom, lodging, admissions, sight-seeing and meals as indicated in brochure. Not included is, beverages other than water, gratuities for maid service, step-on guides, Tour Manager and Driver and baggage handling. The industry standard is

EXPLORATION TOURS ARE A SCENT FREE ENVIORNMENT Please be sure to wash all articles of clothing. We are a scent free tour company and ask you refrain from using any perfume, cologne or scented beauty products before or during the tours.
Exploration Coach Lines LLC, a licensed Interstate Motor Carrier. Federal DOT #2533071 Exploration Tours is a division of Exploration Coach Lines. Payment of tour is acceptance of all policies.
Exploration Tours may cancel a tour up to one hour before departure time due to unsafe road conditions and reschedule the tour at a future date, no cash refunds will be issued. Tours that are delayed by mechanical failure, traffic delays, weather or other acts of God will be operated to the best of our ability and you will be responsible for additional expenses that may accrue from the delay. If you leave your departure location before one hour has passed from your scheduled departure time you will not be refunded. Our drivers will not wait more then 5 minutes after scheduled departure.
If the Tour is canceled by you or the company Refunds can take 4 to 8 weeks to process as we wait for all suppliers to refund us from the original date the tour was scheduled. Refunds are sent in the order they booked as funds are received from suppliers and two people traveling together may get refunds at different times.
DISABILITIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS Our tours are designed for active travelers 40 plus. Any physical disability requiring special assistance boarding the coach must be reported at time of booking and at least 72 hours prior to departure. Any passenger requiring special assistance for a mental or physical limitation must be accompanied by a traveling companion who is able and responsible to assist. Dietary restrictions must be called in to our office at least 72 hours in advance and although we try and accommodate these requests it is not always possible, so please bring with you or be prepared to locate items you may need.
DISCLAIMER Exploration acts only as an agent for hotels, carriers, independent contractors & suppliers which provide services for the clients. Exploration Tours does not assume any responsibility nor shall it be liable for any loss, cancellation, cost, delay, accident, injury or damage to a person or the property of a client arising from our service or the service of one of our providers. We maintain the right to cancel, alter or change any tour or the components of a tour that we deem necessary. Exploration Tours reserves the right to withdraw a tour at any time at their discretion and refund the client. Rates are based on current tariffs and are subject to change up to the departure of a tour. Exploration Tours & our partners provide parking as a service only and are not responsible for damages, towing or theft. We accept no responsibility for the actions of any Insurance Company. We reserve the right to remove any passenger from a tour for disruptive behavior or ill health. The passenger will be responsible for charges incurred to return home.
