Begin the holiday season with a delicious buffet prepared by the chefs and culinary students of RTC. There will be roasted carved meats, salads, sides and their decadent desserts. Following, stop at Carpenito Farm and Nursery and walk through a magical winter wonderland. While there visit with some of Santa’s reindeer, grab some beautiful poinsettias and even pick up a Christmas tree or wreath to take home under the bus (we’ve got room!). Marvel at Puyallup’s historic Meeker Mansion decked out in Victorian-style Christmas decorations. A docent tour includes the home original fireplace tiles and mantles, ornate ceiling paintings and friezes, beautiful stained-glass windows and functioning speaking tubes with nickel plated mouthpieces.
